Weekly Uplook - Campmeeting

Greetings once more from Portland Camp meeting.  
It has been a busy time for us over the past two weeks.  I was privileged to give the first Bible Teaching (on Consecration) and that was followed by many inspiring teachings and sermons.  During the camp we were blessed to have Bro. Alex in charge of the Children’s meeting during week #2 and he also preached in one Children’s meeting.  Several of our folks also sang during the meetings including Sis. Erin and also Bro. Alex & Sis. Lorina.  Many of our young people participated in youth services and childrens meetings and I know of at least two of our young people who received God’s gracious gift of salvation.  Pray for them to be established.  Of course others faithfully participated and served in a variety of other ways.  

The enemy also comes to campmeeting so some faced some challenges including sickness but we are thankful that it seems all are pulling through very well.  Make sure to tune into tomorrows final day of services.  

We will resume services in Seattle a week from tomorrow on July 17 with Sunday School followed by Morning Worship.  Bible Studies (in person and online) are scheduled to resume on Wednesday, July 20.   Sunday afternoon devotionals on YouTube will continue through at least Labor Day weekend.  Between now and then we will be working on the logistics of having in person/online hybrid Sunday night services if possible.  More information on that later.  

Please be praying for the other camp meetings around the world.  Sis. Lori and I are slated to attend the one in South Korea the first week of August.  Also pray for the upcoming Youth Camps.  Some of our Seattle children and adults will attend the NW Youth camp the last week of July.  

Sis. Lori and I expect to get away for a few days of rest next week but will be in church on the 17th by God’s grace.   You are all missed greatly and in our prayers.
