Our Photography
Most of the photography on this site - all the pictures of "hands" - have very special meaning for us. These are photos of the hands of members of our congregation, doing many of the things we love to do as a church community. Prayer, study, community, creativity, musicianship; all are important elements of the "assembling of ourselves together" (Hebrews 10:25).
In addition to the places our hands now hold on this site, perhaps their most important home is on a series of canvases which line the hallways of our church building. They serve as a daily reminder to us - that no matter our skin color, background, age, experience - we are each valued and important members of this faith community, supported by one another and deeply valued by God.
"For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office; so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another. " Romans 12:4-5
